By using Pads Worship or this website, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

The service

Pads Worship provides musical tools and downloadable sound content. Features and catalog availability may change over time. The service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium access is offered through Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms shown by Google Play at purchase time.

Content and acceptable use

The app, website, artwork, recordings, and software are owned by Oliveira Labs or used under permission. You may use the app in personal and live musical performances, but you may not redistribute, resell, extract, or publish the sound files as a standalone library.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oliveira Labs is not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
